studio & mini monthly

We can now do newborn and young child sessions at my in-home studio! YAY! Sooo, what are the perks of this? Well first of all we aren’t dependent on the time of day for lighting. Kids may be better at certain times of the day it’s probably not right before sunset…so your kids would be in a better mood which means better photos! Also, you are welcome to use all the props I have available (chairs, baskets, blankets, and awesome backdrops) and even select props based on other photos I’ve done.

But don’t let the word “studio” scare you away…we are still going to do our absolute best to make these candid and natural. No stuffiness. We will still strive for happy and laughing photos. The same price applies: $400 for the session (plus Texas sales tax).

ANSWERS TO FAQ’S

Please click on each question to view the answer.

How to book a session?

A deposit is not required to reserve a day. Check my online calendar to see what weekdays we have mutually open (I do most sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays). Then email me (erinelenaphoto@gmail.com) to know what days you are interested in and we’ll get something on the calendar!

When will I receive my photos?

On average for a full session, the turn around time is one month. And one month for a preview to be placed on the blog. For the Mini Monthly sessions, these will be edited right after your session so you can take the images with you.

what should I bring for my studio session

Outfits for your little one (typically 3-5 works best), toys or food that they find interest in, and any props you want to use throughout the photos. Stuffed animals work nicely to show scale and how they grow…while the stuffed item stays the same :).
